Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Develop and implement strategies to target key market segments and expand the company’s footprint. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners. Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their needs and challenges to tailor solutions that drive value. Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest EdTech trends and products. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company’s offerings to clients and stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align business development efforts with company objectives and client needs. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
