I’ve always been drawn to the moments behind a customer’s choice - the decision to pick one product over another. What makes something feel right? Why do certain brands stay with people while others fade away? That curiosity has been a constant thread in my journey, shaping not just what I do, but how I think & utlimately the career I've built. Customer obsession sits at the core of my work across. I like to start with the customer in mind & work backwards. Over the past 7+ years, I’ve found myself at an interesting intersection of category management, product development, merchandising, and brand building. Each experience - whether working within established businesses or building and scaling my own brand from the ground up - has deepened my understanding of what it really takes to create something that resonates. It’s never just about the product; it’s about seeing patterns others miss, understanding what customers don’t always articulate, and bringing ideas to life with clarity and intent. Building my own brand gave me an important perspective - one where every decision, from product development to pricing and customer experience, had a direct impact on growth. Some of my most rewarding moments have come from connecting those dots - spotting a shift in consumer behaviour, shaping it into a product or category, and watching it find its place in the market. I enjoy the process as much as the outcome: the exploration, the iteration, the collaboration across teams to turn insight into something tangible. At the heart of it, I’m driven by the challenge of building things that matter - products people choose, brands they trust, and categories that grow with purpose.
