Represent the data services team across assigned clients(s) and participate as a member within the given account group(s); managing client expectations on related data projects which mainly comprise consumer non-PII data, purchase patterns, preferences, and data regarding consumer’s entities of interest. Manage, measure, and report performance of all major digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs). Configure API endpoints to capture appropriate data from CDP, organization hosted widgets /pages, and trigger suitable responses. Responsible for data extraction, management, and processing from various sources for data verification and validation and extensive backend testing using complex SQL queries to verify the integrity of the database. Configure APIs (SOAP/REST), form posts, SFTP, 1st/3rd party tracking, query strings, CMS, web authentication techniques.
