Experienced Project/Program Manager with a demonstrated history of working with different industries such as Edtech, Automotive, Hi-Tech, Software. Along my journey so far, I have helped a US based university in launching courses in different domains such as Accounting, Supply Chain, Data Analytics. In another role with a product-based company, I have launched a few International courses in Data Science & Machine Learning, and have helped in setting up a business in the UK region for a Fortune 5 client. End-to-end financial management, project/program management, stakeholder management, Cost & people optimization, people management, business development, and process excellence are the areas I have worked on.
- Evaluated and introduced new tools and processes; set governance, documentation, and adoption guidelines - Established standardized reporting (reusable Power BI templates, clear KPI definitions), reducing manual effort and boosting data consistency - Implemented Sortly (an inventory management system) to centralize inventory control and monitoring, enabling real-time visibility and faster, data-driven decisions. - Defined and standardized customer data (master data/ownership/handoffs), resulting in a consistent data set for downstream processes
I took a break to focus on integrating into a new country. During this time, I dedicated myself to learning German and successfully achieved B2 level proficiency within a year. This experience not only strengthened my language skills but also deepened my cultural understanding and adaptability.
