Managing End-to- End recruitment for multiple business verticals (Volume & Lateral hiring). Conducting screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews for candidates across various roles. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and departmental heads to understand hiring requirements. Handling vendor hiring and coordination, ensuring timely delivery of and maintaining strong relationships.
