+ Created a 3 year strategic plan for Greater China business and led the execution with new product ranges based on deep consumer insights and activation (ATL & BTL). + Led a x-functional team of Marketing, R&D, Supply, purchasing and finance professionals to optimize the E2E value chain for the faster delivery of products & services in China with a 6 weeks of lead time from idea to market for additional sales during JD (6.18) and TMall (11.11) brand days. + Built the Greater china marketing organization by recruiting and nurturing local talent in marketing and with partnerships including China Disney for the launch of Star Wars shaver range for incremental yearly sales.
+ Initiated the creation Philips Shaver Series 5000 and New AquaTouch ranges from idea (Concept and VPW creation) and launched new ranges to market with a highly x-functional team in business, functions and markets. + Led numerous customer engagements for various markets and international customers such as MediaMarkt (Netherlands), Real (Germany) and BOOTS (UK) ensuring the listing and activation for Series 5000 and AquaTouch ranges. +Managed few highly complex Integrated product development project with each a total business case worth billion+ € leading to creation of one of the highest margin generator range for the Male grooming business. + Led the asset creation from marketing side to establish a highly reusable and modular way of assets creation leading to a drastic reduction (~90%) in marginal cost of asset creation ensuring an end-to-end delivery and activation (ATL, TTL, BTL) of Philips Series 5000 in different markets across multiple consumer and customer touch points.

Porting of ISS for Layer 2/3 protocols such as STP (802.1d), RSTP (802.1w) /MSTP (802.1s), link aggregation (802.3ad), port authentication, 802.11 Wireless LAN, MPLS, DiffServ etc. on Broadcom and Marvell chipsets.
