• Handling issues relating to customers satisfaction & retention. • Generate Demand Letters, Payment Receipts, Allotment Letters, Interest letter for Customers. • Prepare Agreement for Property Sale. • To follow up with Customers and Banks to clear loan formalities. • To maintain files of each customer. • To follow-up with customers on due payment. • Handling customer complaints after possession. • Prepare MIS Reports, shows customer details, collection, Payment outstanding. • To generate Disbursement documents to customer of flat readiness for loan purpose. • Follow-ups with project department for flat completion status of customers. • Prepare final documents for possession formalities; get final payment clearance from accounts department and • Fill up checklist from customer at the time of possession and final handover of flats to customer. • Maintaining Report at Daily Basis • Participation in Committee for Recreation program in organizing. • Updating the Broker Regarding new products and scheme.
