Teaching Doctoral students within the Clinical Psychology PsyD program in USF School of Nursing and Health Professions - developing and conducting a qualitative research methods course
- Provide undergraduate and graduate students with multiple weekly one-at-a-time (OAAT) counseling sessions to increase access to timely, appropriate mental health services. - Actively provide ongoing and bridging care for students with high-risk, acute, and/or severe mental health struggles as a part of the Hospital and High-Risk Team (HHRT). - Conduct follow-up sessions with students who would benefit from multiple sessions based on the assessment and goals developed in the initial OAAT session. - Developing innovative programming, specifically a podcast, to reduce barriers to access to mental health support, literacy, and psychoeducation for college students as the apprentice of Cal Student Mental Health Services Director - Collaborating and engaging in multidisciplinary projects aimed to outline better and understand the impact of current mental health efforts, such as the implementation of Stepped Care - Conducting ADHD assessments as an active team member of the university's first ADHD pilot clinic - Active appointed DEIBJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Justice) Committee for all of Cal Student Mental Health
Provide mental health support and services to Cal's diverse student body through multiple modalities include one-at-a-time sessions, short term therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, community outreach, and consultation within the community.
Ran discussion sessions for a variety of courses and was a guest lecture on multiple topics within Applied Psychology
