As a Content Project Manager at F.A. Davis, a mid-size educational publishing company, I spearhead projects and teams to deliver high-quality and innovative content solutions for various academic disciplines. With over five years of experience in this role, I leverage my skills in project management, communication, and leadership to coordinate workflows, timelines, and budgets, and to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. In addition to my publishing career, I have also worked as the Associate Artistic Director of a theatre festival and the Artistic Director of a small professional theater. I lead teams in hiring, contract creation and negotiation, planning and facilitating events, and driving the organization toward its larger goal. My background in theatre, which includes an MFA degree and multiple certifications in stage combat, makes me an incredible problem solver and a strong public speaker. I am passionate about creating and delivering engaging and impactful content that educates, entertains, and inspires audiences. I thrive in people-management and I am always looking to learn more and welcome feedback.
