• Key contact person for several river cruise ships • Emergency management in case of any disruptions of the cruise schedule • Quality control onboard and onshore • Research of new ports and destinations • Development of new land excursions • Creating new tours and itineraries • Organizing events • Interviewing and recruiting process of Cruise Managers • Post Cruise Analysis
• Direct contact person for VIP guests, including Suite guests, Casino VIPs and exclusive business partners. • Supervising VIP Lounge including quality control of breakfast, tea time service, bar service as well as execution of all events • Providing a personalized guest service experience for VIP guests anticipating all guests’ needs and expectations with the ultimate goal of providing an exceptional vacation experience. • Facilitating and making reservations for various activities and services, such as dining, spa, shore excursions, flowers, tailor service, tuxedo rental, baby-sitting, special needs, etc. • Arranging personalized shore excursions • Coordinating guest’s special requests for shore-side services in ports, such as VIP services, car rentals, restaurant reservations, etc. • Organizing events in private VIP Lounge, including soiree's, cocktail parties, disco nights, wine tastings, future cruise benefits presentations. • Crisis Management (cancellation of ports/excursions, family emergencies, special procedures)
• Serving as a host and translator for a variety of events and activities for of non-English speaking guests • Providing personalized service for international guests, including welcome onboard presentation, safety drill meeting, presentation for guests continuing vacation on an upcoming cruise (back to back guests) • Planning and execution of special events tailored to non-English speaking guests, e.g. Latin Karaoke night, thematic Trivia, galley tours • Daily PA system announcements including arrival, departure, safety and promotional information • Translation of onboard newsletter as well as other communication material (shops, excursions information, explanation of immigration procedure) • Daily TV update in foreign languages to provide information for international guests • Assisting all departments when foreign language translation is needed (medical centre, excursions, shops)
• Responsible for all activities related to the development and execution of the Accenture HR strategies • Planning and delivering trainings for new employees • Supporting the administrative process for employees from entry to separation • Optimizing and implementing new HR processes • Executing marriages bonus payment processes • Coordinating internal control processes, ensuring deadlines are kept and reports are sent in a safe and secure manner • Issuing work certificates • Exit management including exit calls and analysis of exit reasons
