I was born in Uşak on April 4, 2001, and graduated with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bursa Uludağ University in September 2024. During my studies, I developed proficiency in KiCad, Proteus, LTSpice, MATLAB, Multisim, C language, Altium Designer, AutoCAD, Office programs, and Siemens TIA Portal S7-1200. I honed my skills in electronic circuit design through participation in TÜBİTAK competitions. In 2022, I completed a voluntary internship where I improved my abilities in electrical project drawing, project interpretation, and electrical material selection. Although selected as an Erasmus student in 2023, the opportunity was unfortunately canceled due to technical issues. Subsequently, during my summer internship at Bosch Turkey (BMG-8), I advanced my expertise in automation software and E-Plan for electrical project design. Additionally, I interned at Durmazlar, focusing on electrical installation for line systems. There, I worked with E-Plan, robot coding, and PLC programming, further strengthening my skills in these areas.
• Preparation and analysis of financial and technical calculations that serve as inputs to tariff determination processes conducted by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA), on behalf of electricity Distribution and Retail companies • Collection, analysis, and reporting of realized and projected operating expenditures (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX) on a tariff implementation period basis, in line with applicable regulatory framework • Analysis of revenue cap components, including Revenue Difference Adjustment Mechanism, Investment Difference Adjustment Mechanism, quality and efficiency factors, based on company-level data, and assessment of their tariff impacts • Company-level analysis of target loss ratios, loss energy costs, and loss–theft revenue/cost balance • Within the scope of Last Resort Supply Tariff (LRST), Retail Sales Tariff, and Price Equalization Mechanism; calculation of budgetary and cash flow impacts by incorporating demand forecasts, portfolio-based consumption analyses, PTF and YEKDEM assumptions, and EÜAŞ coverage ratios • Preparation of monthly and periodical PSTF and similar financial impact analyses, and reporting of results to senior management and relevant stakeholders • Preparation of EMRA submissions via EBIS, including reporting templates, explanatory notes, and supporting tables; execution of revisions and reconciliations in response to regulatory review comments and inconsistency notices • Analysis of the tariff impact of investment realizations, planned maintenance expenditures, R&D budgets, vehicle fleet costs, and building-related expenses • Coordination with investment, finance, and other internal departments to ensure consistent, regulation-compliant, and auditable data sets
Assisted in the electrical installation of line systems, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards. Conducted wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical components in line systems. Collaborated with senior engineers to improve installation processes and efficiency. Gained hands-on experience with industrial automation and control systems. Performed maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
Completed an intensive training program focused on digital skills and leadership development for young women in technology. Worked on a team project centered around digitalization, contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to explore digital transformation strategies and process optimization. Gained practical experience in project management, problem-solving, and digital tool integration.
Developed and tested automation software for industrial machinery, focusing on improving system efficiency and reliability. Created and modified PLC programs using platforms like TwinCAT and Opcoon Nexeed. Designed HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens for monitoring and controlling automated processes.
