Position: Group Finance Director Manage the overall finance & accounting operations of the Group and its subsidiaries. Directly manage a team of 9 Finance professionals of the Group and indirectly manage more than 30 finance & accounting professionals of the subsidiaries. Key responsibilities include but not limited to the followings: Strategic Planning with Board of Management Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analyzing & Reporting Optimization of Cash Flow Management redesign and implement Finance and Business Management Platform Business Performance Evaluation, Investment, M&A, and Team Management & Development Selected Accomplishments: Redesigned and implement new financial policies. Redesigning and implementing new Total Rewards programs, including sales incentives plan, reward for results incentives, performance bonus, job grades structure and salaries structure. Integrating current ERP and cross-functions database and systems for integrated information management system and optimizing current ERP with BI tools, and reporting tools. Liaising with E&Y to implement new Business Process across subsidiaries and the Groups.
