- Responsible for recruiting positions in Operations, Back Office, IT from interns to senior managers. - In charge of the full-cycle recruitment process: collecting hiring needs, writing job descriptions, sourcing and screening CVs, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and handling offer negotiations. - Planned and developed employer branding on TikTok. Results: 2.6K followers, 3 videos with over 100K views, and 5 videos with over 10K views. - Supported collaboration with universities and training centers; helped organize office tours and student engagement activities. - Prepared administrative tasks and completed onboarding procedures to welcome new hires. - Worked closely with departments and new employees to stay updated on team changes and plan ahead for future hiring needs.
- Manage and train team members of the recruitment team. - Take responsible for conducting mass recruitment projects and placing junior perm positions, including blue-collar workers, telesales, customer service agents, accountants, PG, HR, QC, etc). - Collaborate with Business Development Team and work closely with customers to find out their recruitment requirements: salary range, guarantee time, deadline, job description, etc. - Ensuring the quantity of candidates delivered according to the customers’ requests. - Take attendance, organize working shift for the associates; Support the C&B team in calculating the salary and clearing up queries from the associates. - Construct the Adecco recruitment brand through Facebook.
- Collaborate with Business Development Team and work closely with customers to find out their recruitment requirements: salary range, guarantee time, deadline, job description, etc. - Receive recruitment requests and set up recruitment plans, job descriptions for each position. - Placing several positions such as blue-collar workers, telesales, customer service agents, accountants, PG, IT helpdesk, QC in the northern area - Handle the guests’ r during the service: associate replacement, changes in working hours, urgent recruitment request, interview, etc. and ensure all the requests are completed on time - Carry out other administrative tasks: profile and contract management, fanpage management/ - Support the Business Development team in searching the potential customers. - Develop the candidates pool data by attending students career fair, working with the undergraduate institutions (universities, colleges, vocational schools).
- Work closely with the Human Resource Manager, Head of Departments to receive recruiting order and setup marketing plan. Establish the KPI for team members (7-10 pax). - Responsible for KPI of the team for mass and back office placements: sales, telesales, freelancers, interns, HR, marketing… (50-150 pax/month) - Develop the candidates pool data by attending students career fair, working with the universities in the area., - Construct the company’s recruitment brand through Facebook. - Develop and training associates: buildup career path, direct training. - Manage salary budget, marketing expenses and P&L of the recruitment team - Regulate and manage rules and regulations, working process between the HR and other departments
