Avec plus de vingt-cinq ans d'expérience professionnelle, ma spécialisation réside dans l'amélioration des processus de fabrication et les opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Actuellement, je dirige la direction de la Supply Chain chez Alstom, où je suis engagé à optimiser les flux logistiques et à renforcer les performances opérationnelles. Dans mon rôle précédent en tant que Manager Logistique pour la région Afrique du Nord chez Aptiv, j'ai mis en œuvre des centres de commande et de livraison centralisés, en utilisant des systèmes interconnectés tels que R+ DDMRP, SAP et 3PL WMS, qui ont renforcé nos opérations au Maroc et en Tunisie. J'ai dirigé les activités PC&L avec succès, établi et géré des budgets et des prévisions, défini des KPI stratégiques et conduit des initiatives d'amélioration pour réduire les coûts logistiques et optimiser la supply chain, renforçant ainsi notre position sur les marchés que nous desservons.

Centralized Ordering and delivery center (10 000 m²) in Tanger MEDHUB, Program Management, Project Management and implementation. Operational Kickoff December 2021. Using R+ DDMRP / SAP / 3PL WMS interconnected systems. Lead the PC&L activities for operations in Morocco and Tunisia. Establish and manage budgets, forecasts and strategic KPIs for the Cluster. Define and drive the tactical and strategical action plans to reach the best achievements for the Cluster. Define and drive improvement initiatives to reduce Logistics costs and optimize supplychain, Inbound/Outbound.
Manage Purchasing teams for Morocco plants. Strategic sourcing and contracting to meet tactical and strategical targets fixed with local and corporate Management. Manage budgets and forecasts within direct and indirect purchases.
Manage : Production planning, customer service, raw material procurement, warehouse and own trucks fleet, distribution, Vendor managed inventories (Consignation), Finished goods outsourcing, International transport and customs...
Manage Purchasing and Logistics teams in Power production Combined Cycle Gaz fired plant (400MW). Garanty on optimize contract excution within the O&M requirements in term of availability and costing. Manage all contracting activities related to Major and Minor Outages in Morocco plant and In Algeria double open cycles plant (Berrouaghia). Spare parts procurements, subcontractors sourcing and contracting, stewardship and accomodation, transportation, logistics, customs... Garanty respect of Siemens compliance an Export Customs Controles rules. ECCO Officer.
