Bibliotheca is an internationally leading technology and service company specialising in the development, installation and support of EM/RFID solutions, automatic return and sorting systems, self-service devices and high-performance digital/cloud based (user) solutions I was supporting the newly, reorganized SCM organization of bibliotheca out for a transition project until February 2022 • Optimizing inventory levels across warehouses globally (EMEA and APAC) • Maintaining accurate purchasing information in Oracle Netsuites • Managing purchase orders end to end based on S&OP rules • Coordinating with suppliers in addressing any delivery, pricing or quality discrepancies • Providing high-quality training to the departments around the world • Continues SCM process improvements on a global level All Purchasing activities are outsourced from Switzerland to the UK from 2022. Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company manufactured & retailed "Natural American Spirit" 100% additive-free natural tobacco products, including styles made with organic tobacco. It used to be under the umbrella of Reynolds American Inc. R.J. Reynolds is the second-largest U.S. tobacco company. The company's brands include two of the best-selling cigarettes in the U.S.: Camel and Pall Mall. Due to a company takeover by JTI the SFNTC headquarter in Zurich got eliminated. I worked in Procurement for EMEA Headquarters in Zurich for the fast growing brand of American Spirit. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for relevant product groups to ensure the supply of goods • Manage a portfolio of suppliers, develop and evaluate existing suppliers on a domestic and global level • Organize Supplier biddings, requests & evaluate results for a supplier decision from a total cost of ownership point of view for Non-Tobacco Material (Packaging) • RFQ’s for Marketing campaigns and POS (Point of Sale) items for EMEA • Working on global Projects • Bundle requirements for materials to effective purchase order batches under consideration of print costs, storage costs, aging of materials etc. • Key contact person for EMEA Markets for implementing Marketing Campaigns • Supervision of BoM (Bill of material) to ensure the correct link from production planning to demand of materials • Responsible for Artwork approval process
