Founding Partner of SCALE TWIN, I have spent 30 years transforming Supply Chains and Operations — from large corporations to mid-sized companies, across many different sectors : Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Metals, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Luxury, Food & Beverage, Retail, Energy, Logistics. Today, with SCALE TWIN®, we are taking a new step forward with our AI-powered Digital Supply Chain Twin — a SaaS platform delivering unique capabilities in "what-if" scenario simulation, predictive analytics and real-time "smart" monitoring. Not a "black box", SCALE TWIN has been built by Supply Chain practitioners for Supply Chain practitioners.     SOFINLOG (SOciété FINancière et LOGistique) was founded to address a critical and often overlooked challenge : financing the right Supply Chain assets — inventories (purchases, raw materials, WIP, finished goods), equipment and IT systems — particularly for SME suppliers deep in industrial Supply Chains. Our core offering is Deep-Tier Supply Chain Financing : how to use inventories of suppliers as collateral assets to unlock cash for growth, and secure the Supply Chain of end-customers. At the heart of the solution is our AI-powered platform SCALE TWIN®, which continuously captures Supply Chain data to predict inventory liquidity and risks — assessing and predicting overstocking, obsolescence, or stockouts in real time. Our solution bridges finance and operations in a Supply Chain, not only to help find the right financing solution for the working capital, but also to track continously the inventory "health" and prescribe corective actions if needed. SOFINLOG is also one founding member of the Supply Chain Finance Community (SCFC) at the European level, an independant network dedicated to advancing Supply Chain Finance practices across industries — today consisting of faculties, research labs, consulting firms, corporates, financial institutions, software and technology providers.

  • Partner, Consulting, Head of Industries at Mazars

    As Partner at Mazars, I led the development of the firm's operational consulting practice for the industrial sector, advising large corporates and mid-sized companies across Aeronautics & Defense, Automotive, Energy and Luxury on Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformation. Beyond client engagements, I initiated and co-authored Mazars' international thought leadership publication "Supply Chain Finance — The Key Link to an Efficient Supply Chain" (2011), one of the first major studies to formally bridge Supply Chain operations and financial flows at a European level — covering working capital optimization, reverse factoring, Deep-Tier financing and the integration of physical and financial flows. This work laid the intellectual foundation for what I later built with SOFINLOG: the conviction that Supply Chain performance cannot be measured without its financial dimension, and that unlocking cash trapped in the end-to-end supply chain is one of the most powerful — and underused — levers available to all the interconnected companies in a Supply Chain, whether suppliers or customers.

  • Vice-President, Head of Industry Consulting Services at Headlink Partners

    Following-up the acquisition by Beijaflore Group, I became board member, in charge of the Industry consulting business.

  • Vice-President, Operations & Supply Chain Consulting at Headstrong

    Joined Headstrong France in 2003 to build and lead the Operations and Supply Chain consulting practice, with a specific focus on Automotive, Aeronautics & Defense, Metals and Electronics. In three years, we doubled the practice's revenue — by combining deep sector expertise with a structured approach to Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformation, and by developing strong client relationships with key industrial players in France & Europe. This experience reinforced my conviction that sector specialization, deep expertise and operational credibility are the true differentiators in consulting — a principle that has guided every venture since. Following this growth, I co-led with a fellow VP specialized in Financial Services, a management buyout (MBO) of the French subsidiary of Headstrong, becoming majority shareholders. We later negotiated the sale of the business to Beijaflore, to scale up the consulting arm, at which point the entity was rebranded Headlink Partners.
