I am Global Managing Partner for A&O Shearman following my time as Managing Partner for A&O Paris from 2018 through 2024. I joined A&O in France in 2001 and have been a member of A&O's global executive committee since 2020. I specialise in debt capital markets and derivatives, including derivative transactions across a broad range of asset classes, structured repurchase transactions and securities lending. I also advise financial institutions and corporates on financial law and financial restructuring, with a focus on the structuring and issuance of debt, hybrid, digital and derivative securities.
