I’m a sustainability Director helping companies to operate the shift to their ESG journey and achieve a purposeful change. I provide a strategic framework and tools to embed sustainability throughout the whole company value chain and move one step forward in their journey towards a more sustainability world. I can provide support in ESG maturity scanning, ESG strategy including roadmap and action plan, ESG training, ESG regulatory compliance (CSRD, CSDDD,...) and assistance in getting ESG certifications and ratings (Bcorp, Ecovadis, UN Global compact,...). With my past experience and responsibilities in most lawyers of sizeable cross-borders organizations (Strategy, Finance, M&A, Investor relations, Communication and Sustainability) and the diversity of my existing clients, I’ve had the opportunity to work in diverse roles across several sectors. People oriented and true achiever, I like to manage people and bring them into my story. Determined and pragmatic minded, I’m recognized as a very competent leader, comfortable at defining strategies, vision and goals, aligning the different stakeholders of a company. With my teams of 7 people, I manage AG's reputation and the external corporate communication strategy through press and social media channels. I'm also responsible for setting up the sustainability strategy and ambitions including the external communication aspects.
With my 3 colleagues, I was responsible for the following areas: management and optimization of AG Insurance’s capital position (successful inaugural issuing of subordinated instruments on Asian and European markets for nearly 1 Bio), development of targets and performance metrics, management of relations with rating agencies and investors. Management of M&A transactions.
