▪ Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. ▪ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization. ▪ Deal with employee requests (Manpower Planning) regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. ▪ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (new employees, resign employee, bonus, certification, etc.). ▪ Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures. ▪ Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees. ▪ Needs to understand on exit interview and exit clearance process to avoid missing of company property. ▪ Needs to understand the government regulation which apply to the company. ▪ Becoming a PIC for health insurance used in company. ▪ Conduct a recruitment process starting from making advertisements, cv selection, interviews, online psychological tests, and job offers. ▪ Coordinate HR projects (Training, Certification, Event, etc.). ▪ Organizing resumes and job applications. ▪ Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
