As part of the internal digital innovation team at Yuan Rung Healthcare System, I am dedicated to modernising clinical operations and building proprietary healthcare software. Currently focusing on the foundational UX/UI architecture for complex internal platforms, my priority is deeply understanding clinical workflows and laying a scalable design groundwork for our medical professionals. Design System Foundation: Initiating the 0-to-1 build of our healthcare design system. Currently defining core visual guidelines and component structures tailored for both doctors and nurses, bridging Figma with our front-end stack (Next.js, shadcn, Tailwind CSS). Smart Medical Order UX: Incorporating direct input from doctors to audit and improve the existing intelligent medical order interface, aiming to reduce cognitive load in their daily clinical tasks. Workflow Exploration (R&D): Actively exploring design engineering tools like Vibe Coding and Figma MCP to evaluate how AI might optimise our design-to-development handoff in the future.
