I work with governments, policymakers, industry, and the public to advance policy and regulatory innovation that delivers emerging technologies for and with society. I focus on strengthening the financing and long-term impact of research infrastructures and innovation for global health — translating emerging technologies into new domains of application by building trusted public–private partnerships, developing sustainable business models, and mobilising complementary expertise across OECD and low- and middle-income countries.
