- Accountable for bid mgmt department - both technically and disciplinarily - Support the bid team to find the best solution/proposal – especially in complex bidding topics or escalation cases - Develop/Manage/Communicate company strategies for bids together with the management, cross-locational departments and customers - Manage/Create system concepts, SW and HW cost calculations (RC/NRC), risk analysis, clause by clause documents and presentations
Responsible for projects from bidding phase, through project execution to project closeout: - Parallel execution of existing and new projects (in accordance with PMI). - Technical coordination of internal and external stakeholders - Balancing business strategy, technical implementation and customer needs
- Creation of a superior resource management in a multi-project environment with the Theory of Constraints - Concept development in coordination of all involved departments - Requirements selection and vendor evaluation on the basis of a self-developed specification sheet
- Electrical project planning, implementation and handover - Visualization in LabVIEW
- Project environment analysis as well as conceptual design of different solution variants with subsequent implementation of the concept - Personnel coordination during implementation - Creation of test protocols and execution of system tests
