This entails a number of functions that provide a glue to Care Chemicals and help to steer the BU across global segments, i.e. Strategic Marketing (incl. BU strategy development & implementation, product/portfolio management, strategic pricing, digital customer journeys and channels as well as commercial transformation), Sustainability Transformation, Innovation Management, and R&D for the technology platforms surfactants and specialty polymers.
In support of BU ICS's ambition to further transform into a leading innovative and sustainable specialty solutions provider, my team and I manage and support the global innovation pipeline of the Business Unit, develop and execute innovation strategies, develop and implement the global key account management strategies as well as the global market segment strategies.
