Recently, I had the privilege of leading Ferring Pharmaceuticals through its largest strategic change in 15 years, crafting a new growth agenda, initiating a successful transformation journey, and rebalancing the product portfolio. Despite challenges posed by COVID-19, we not only expanded our core fertility business but also doubled operating profits.
