Securing in time delivery of architectural ground plans, sectional plans, operational drawings and special furniture drawings. • Securing Implementation of corporate designs into the interiors of the specific locations. • Appeal of 'Building permits" including all communication with local authorities and management of third parties. Keeping track, of timelines and regulations. • Coordination of the tender procedures and coordination of lettings of contract. • On site coordination and coordination of all involved parties. • Chairman of building- and design meetings. • Updating client on progress of work, budget and time scale. • Coordination of acceptance of work, formulation administration of snag lists and follow up. • After care of projects.
