Project-based role in the Accelerator program from autumn 2024, supporting domestic and international clients with AP/AR processes, supply chain and Dynamics Project Operations. Worked on-site in Australia and India for KBR, but now working at Bama with their Dynamics implementation.
I supported daily office operations, including handling phone inquiries, configuring mobile devices and troubleshooting technical issues. The role strengthened my commitment to high‑quality customer service and thorough follow‑up. Most of my work periods were during peak holiday seasons. Also participated in their summer internship in 2024.
Worked as a teaching assistant for several subjects for the Department of Computer Technology and Informatics.
This interdisciplinary program has provided me with a significantly deeper insight into the finance and insurance sectors. I was involved in the development of a digital solution for the retail market, with the aim of assisting customers in achieving a comprehensive overview of their financial situation.
