400 volunteers - over 7000 clients - Member of the Management Team a) Manager Operations of the Food Bank Amsterdam / Districenter Noord-Holland. Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operation of the regional districenter (1600 M2 of Food Storage and repacking units), inbound, outbound, order picking, (re)packing and distribution of food to 30 local distribution points & regional Food Banks. - Improvement of the level of Food Safety within the Food Bank Noord-Holland, change culture and work procedures, HACCP certificate obtained June 2015. b) Manager Intake: - Managing 14 intaketeams who screen current and potential clients for the Food Bank Amsterdam. - Responsible for the policy of the flow through of the clients. - Build alliances with social networks and debt counseling companies.
Van der Wal Transport is highly specialized in voluminous & exceptional tranports. - Overall responsible for Van der Wal Transport b.v. (120 FTE - 20 mio turnover - 80 vehicles) - Manage the daily operations of the locations Utrecht and Roermond: Fleet, Drivers, Planning, Sales, Accountmanagement, IT, admin/order entry etc. - Composition and execution of annual budget and plans. - Direct responsibility for Key-clients and tenders.
