Hepsi is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting neurodivergent children and adults across Australia, India, and Singapore. Her career spans hospital-based clinics, rehabilitation centres, and community health settings, where she specialises in strengths-based, client-centred care that honours each individual's unique way of being. As a PhD candidate and OT Clinical Educator for undergraduate and master's students, Hepsi bridges research with practice to advance the profession. Her passion lies in building inclusive, collaborative allied health teams through clinical and professional supervision, quality improvement initiatives, and practice innovation that transforms service delivery across diverse healthcare settings.
