Secondment to the ICO
Associate in the Commercial, Outsourcing and Technology team. I have significant data protection experience having assisted clients ranging from early-stage, high-growth clients through to large financial institutions on a variety of GDPR and other data protection projects. Since September 2017, I have advised clients on all aspects of their data processing activities including providing pragmatic advice in relation to direct marketing and data transfers. Most recently, I have been advising clients in Dubai on the extra-territorial effect of the GDPR. On the commercial contract side, I have drafted a variety commercial arrangements for the supply and distribution of goods and services, most recently gaining valuable experience in assisting a client with the roll out of their world-wide franchise. I have also spent time on client secondment.
