During my experience as an Administrative Apprentice at Senior Sistemas, I supported internal operational routines and administrative processes, using the company’s CRM and HCM systems on a daily basis. I was responsible for organizing, updating, and analyzing data to improve information standardization and contribute to more efficient workflows. I also frequently used Excel and Power BI to support administrative activities, generate reports, and assist in data-driven decision-making. Additionally, I maintained constant communication with different departments, which strengthened my teamwork, adaptability, and ability to collaborate across areas in a corporate environment.
