After more than 30 years experience in the tech sector - last 14 in online recruiting - I now focus on recruiting the best talents and help companies grow and thrive by hiring the best. I have worked as a manager with start-ups, turn-arounds and going concerns. Raising capital, reducing balance sheets and re-financing has also been part of my daily tasks although main focus has always been developing organizations and growing sales. Experience also include IPO, M&A and international expansion. My strengths include growth hacking, building organizations, sales force management, digitization of processes, online/digital marketing, coaching and leadership, developing employees and creating positive energy. I have served at the board of smaller companies and currently serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board of a up and coming marketing company... Besides the hard-core business, I am also a passionate runner. With more than 15 marathons, one 12-hour run, one 24-hour relay run and a 50k all done, I am an ultra-runner. In my spare time I even runs sightseeing tours in Copenhagen with tourists and business people visiting the capital of Denmark.
