Budget and personnel responsibility of the customer team existing of project leaders and electrical engineers, this team stands for 90% of the plant turnover (90MSEK). Together we work to increase sales and customer relations in relevance to profit. Some key changes that we have done during my time within this group is the structure of workflow in folders, sales contact intervals, analysis of customers in the vicinity, streamlining quotation, buffer stock agreement changes, quarterly price lists on serial products, setting the work process for electrical designers and reshaping the business strategy to increase customer satisfaction.
I got an position as a Production Engineer at first, learning test procedures, system design and change management. It was then more need for a technical Project Leader that was capable of running the development and test simulator projects. I was resposible for many of our customers and their products (25MSEK) I also have experience of running projects in different locations and productions across the world in AQ Group to reach maximum efficiency and price.
Learning an entirely new world as an assembler of electrical cabinets. It was a challenge going from a small family company to a big corporate business where everything is optimized, has a strict standard and products thats a lot more advanced than the property automation.
Starting as an apprentice 2 weeks after my graduation. Working as an service electrician, learning how to be service minded, understanding customer needs and how they want the final product. In the end of my time at Thulins i handled my own projects. I learned to schedule customers and plan the materials needed.
