Energy and Environmental economist with extensive experience in modelling and policy analyses. Academic work with 30 publications in international journals has been combined with extensive project work in Denmark and internationally including several EU projects and longer periods of work in Malaysia (1 year) , Egypt, and Greenland (2 years). Teaching positions and course development has been a high priority in the last 13 years. Application activity and project leadership has been succesfully undertaken in the last 20 years. Specialties: Energy economics, economic policy instruments, energy demand modelling, energy taxes, tradable quotas, macro-economic models and connection of macroeconomic and environmental models, input-output analysis, power market structure, subsidy instruments for renewables, employment effects of renewables, externalities in energy, energy subsidy restructure, environment and development, technological progress, climate policy, environment and trade, environmental tax incidence, arctic environment
