With over 20 years of experience in the sports and equestrian industry, I am a passionate and visionary leader who strives to create innovative products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. As the co-CEO and co-founder I oversee the development and distribution of Suedwind Footwear, an award-winning footwear brand that combines comfort, quality, and style. Together with my brother, I also manage FreshSports, a trading agency that represents several renowned brands in the sports and equestrian market. My mission is to foster long-term and trusting relationships with our partners, suppliers, and clients, and to promote the growth and competitiveness of the German sports goods industry. In addition to my entrepreneurial role, I am also an active board member of the B.S.I. Bundesverband der Deutschen Sportartikel-Industrie, the national association of the German sports goods industry. In this position, I contribute to the development and implementation of the association's strategy, goals, and activities, and represent the interests and concerns of our members in various forums and committees. I leverage my skills in distributor management, association development, and business management to support the association's vision and values, and to advocate for the advancement and recognition of the sports and equestrian sector in Germany and beyond.
