I'm a competitive person, driven by measurable results within procurement, sales and product management, which I have built up an extensive knowledge about from various jobs and education. The synergy between these areas of work has been utilised to strengthen my competencies, which has led to a proven track record of success and especially related to: • Identification, formulation and execution of best practice strategies, policies and processes within direct/indirect procurement and supply chain management. • Development of sales and product management strategies for and with a large number of market leading customers in many industries and execution towards companies in most industries. An international AMBA accredited Executive MBA has been completed at AVT Business School, which has further strengthened my theoretical business knowledge, provided a comprehensive toolbox and expanded my professional network. Having the AMBA accreditation places the school among the exclusive top 2% MBA schools around the world (e.g. IMD, INSEAD in Europe). My preferred work place is both demanding, challenging and energetic, and a place where people have fun while making great results. This was also the case, when I was an elite athlete at the Danish National Rowing Team. The Coop family also include further business areas like for example the Coop Bank. I had a widespread overall responsibility primarily within indirect and direct procurement, which was related to procurement projects and agendas having the potential to reduce cost, improve revenue or increase effectiveness.

    Nykredit is the largest lender and one of the leading financial companies in Denmark with activities within mortgage lending and banking. Responsible for execution / facilitation of different optimisation and cost saving procurement tasks, agendas and projects across the organisation - involved all categories. Improvement and development of procurement strategies, policies and overall procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and systems (bought new) were important examples of the responsibility. I also developed a new joint procurement solution, which is an economy of scale and thus cost saving option for Nykredit and the about 50 banks being partners with the Nykredit owned Totalkredit.

    Nordea present in countries around the world is a full-service bank with more than 1,400 branches. It is the largest bank in the Nordic countries (no. 6 in Europe 2016). Got this special combined role and title (Sourcing/Contract) as the only one in Nordea. My main responsibility was scoping, running and finalizing comprehensive Nordic projects, which had the primary objective to build a better overview of the spend, the overall supplier and contract landscape, and to identify opportunities for consolidations / renegotiations / cost savings.

    Company selling procurement consultancy and access to attractive pre-negotiated BTB supplier contracts. The contracts covering all indirect spend categories are used by more than 2,500 companies in Denmark (2017). I had the responsibility for all contracts, which included the overall strategy, negotiation, turnover and cooperation with suppliers. A major part of the job was selling the concept to primarily large market leading suppliers, and the creation / execution of sales strategies in cooperation with executives from the approximately 100 suppliers towards potential and existing customers in many industries. Reported directly to the owner during all years - formerly CEO of Statoil (Circle K) in Denmark.
