Welcome to my profile! My name is Henri-Druv Xanthopoulos, and I am an ambitious and culturally diverse individual who speaks three languages and was raised in a multicultural environment. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse teams at renowned companies such as L'Oréal, The Walt Disney Company, and currently, Amazon. At Amazon, I work as a Business Analyst, where I can combine my financial background with analytical tools like SQL, VBA, and Excel to create and automate dashboards that cater to the needs of top management. I prioritize incorporating data-driven approaches into my work to enhance its effectiveness. In the past my professional experience includes working in Finance at Tereos, being a Junior Area Manager at L'Oreal, and Hospitality at The Walt Disney Company. Additionally, I had the privilege of representing French culture as an ambassador in the Cultural Representative Program at EPCOT, Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida from 2017 to 2018. As an independent and detail-oriented person, I value teamwork and collaboration to achieve common goals. Growing up in a multicultural environment and being fluent in several languages has taught me the significance of developing strong relationships with individuals from diverse cultures. Furthermore, I have refined my leadership skills through leading work sessions and projects during my time at ESSEC Business School and Smith School of Business at Queen's University and in various roles throughout my career. I am a recent graduate of ESSEC Business School and am excited about the opportunity to continue growing and learning in an international environment. I am actively seeking new and challenging opportunities that offer an international perspective. If you are interested in my experience and would like to work together, please don't hesitate to connect with me!
