Major shareholder and managing director of Geisler& Schambach GmbH, a manufacturing company based in Berlin. Geisler & Schambach was created in 2022 by a merger between Gebrueder Geisler GmbH and Artur Schambach GmbH. The Geisler product line stamps high precision metal parts for electronic modules like pace makers, automotive sensors and industrial relays and was first established in 1923. The Artur Schambach product line focuses on the manufacturing of high precision master gauges and zero tolerance prototypes (Artur Schambach established the business in 1939) . I am also Equity Partner and Senior Consultant at pareto managementpartners GmbH & Co. KG, a business consultancy based in Braunschweig and specialized in strategy implementation in mid-size and large industrial enterprises. I have held executive and senior management positions since 1988 in Automotive, Medical and Telecommunications Equipment industries (Owner, CEO, COO and CFO functions). I have in depth knowledge of strategic analysis, planning and business development on the automotive tier 1 and 2 level. Expertise in supply chain management, human resource management, and financing and controlling of large, mid-size and small operations. Two decades of leadership experience within the Bosch Group, the world leader in Automotive Electronics, with up to 300 highly qualified direct reports and more than six years of joint responsibility for managing a worldwide network of manufacturing operations employing more than 3000 people and sales above 1 billion EUR. Long-term member of management teams controlling multi-billion EUR cross-divisional activities in several business areas in a multi-national environment. Geisler & Schambach manages two mature product lines and an internal start-up: #1: The Geisler product line focuses on metal parts stamped with high precision according to customer drawings for sensors, relays, control units and other electronic modules for automotive and medical applications. The company has a competent engineering department and a well equipped tool shop. Customers are leading manufacturers of medical implants like pace makers and leading tier 1 suppliers to automotive OEM as well as other industrial and household appliances. #2: the Artur Schambach product line focuses on the manufacturing of high precision master gauges and zero tolerance prototypes according to customer drawings. The customer base consists of more than 250 large industrial companies mostly based in Germany. #3: the Nuton start-up was set-up 2020 to industrialize the sensor technology invented by Adrian Gonzales de Mendoza to measure and evaluate process forces in CNC machine centers.
