I am a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), based in San Francisco, California. I serve clients in the Energy and Footwear & Apparel space helping them with their most strategic, operational and organization opportunities and challenges. I was born in Germany and joined BCG in the Munich office over 25 years ago after having worked for two other consulting companies. I was the head of the BCG Bangkok office for many years before settling in San Francisco and serving as our Managing Director for BCG's 6 West Coast offices. Working in the Energy space for over 20 years now, I focus on strategy, operations and organizational improvement projects for oil & gas companies and utilities worldwide. In the public sector, I have worked to support governments and regulators to develop national energy strategies and policies. I have extensive experience and expertise in large scale transformations, change management, stakeholder engagement. In addition to that, I serve several of my clients as their executive coach. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children biking, surfing and skiing in the beautiful nature of California.
