As the CIO of dfv media group , I lead the IT strategy, software development and IT operations for the leading specialist publisher in Germany, with a portfolio of apps, portals, databases, (e-)newspapers, (e-)magazines and digital platforms. I have over 15 years of experience in managing IT teams and projects in the music and publishing industry, with a focus on publishing, digitalization, e-commerce, e-commerce fulfillment and mobile solutions. I have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA and business intelligence, which enables me to optimize the business processes of dfv. I hold a Scrum Master certificate, and I apply agile methodologies to deliver innovative and customer-centric IT products and services.
