About

I work at the intersection of governance, risk, and institutional trust, particularly where systems are under stress from scale, technology, or public consequence. My background spans audit, risk, and compliance, but my lens has evolved beyond controls and frameworks. I am interested in how decisions are actually made — in boardrooms, executive committees, and public-facing institutions — and how incentives, tone, and design shape outcomes long before failures become visible. Having worked across complex organisations and regulatory environments, I focus on questions such as: -Why well-intended systems still fail consumers -How emerging technologies shift accountability faster than governance adapts -Where compliance ends, but responsibility does not I am especially drawn to cross-border and public-interest contexts, where language, culture, and institutional maturity materially influence risk outcomes. My recent writing reflects this — exploring telecoms, consumer harm, recovery asymmetry, and governance gaps with restraint rather than accusation. I write to think clearly, not to persuade loudly. My work and reflections are intended for leaders, practitioners, and policymakers who value judgement over checklists, context over templates, and long-term trust over short-term optics.
