Uniting product management, software development, and quality assurance practices in one nimble unit we are scaling ATOSS' SMB product for workforce management, "Time Control", alongside our sister products Staff Efficiency Suite and Crewmeister, to further strengthen ATOSS' position as an international leader and best-of-breed solution provider in the field of workforce management.
With my team I am overseeing the external interaction with our big data product, the Schwarz Media Platform. This includes informing and guiding technical as well as business teams both within Schwarz Gruppe and at our clients, leading international FMCG brands. We are supporting the international roll-out of the Ad Network with project templates and technical integration know-how. The role also sees me heavily involved into product management, and (given the company's and my history) into overall standardisation and maturing efforts, collaboration and bringing company values to life, GDPR topics, and internal audits.
With SO1 we successfully sold the company twice in one year. Schwarz Media Plattform is the spiritual successor, having acquired all the IP and team. Now, while also being the head of the project management practice, my team is shaping the future of advertising in FMCG retail for Europe's largest retailer.

This volunteering effort consisted of representing, after a successful election campaign, the 300k players of the MOMA exhibited, unique, massively multiplayer economic simulation, called EVE Online. The five members of the player council suggest improvement and discuss with the publisher's lead development, partly on site, and hold a panel discussion during the game's yearly fan gathering.
