• Building of electrical panels for industrial machinery • Attending to breakdowns on all machinery – electrical maintenance • General electrical maintenance – interior and exterior buildings • Handling of all electrical installations – machinery and systems • Servicing and repairs of CO² welding machines • Delta PLC programming and wiring (input/output) • Proximity sensor installations • Limit switches • Hydraulic bank valves – wiring of coils • Relay installations • Electrical wiring management – wiring of distribution boards, electric panels, three phase and single phase motors and pumps • Changing of contacters, overload relays, circuit breakers, transformers and power supplies • Induction heater: replacement of coils replacement of diods replacement of thyristors replacement of fuses water pressure switches Testing of thyristors and diods Setting of correct power usage in order to heat up steel bars • Electric panels: Installations of timers pressure switches for hydraulic bank unequal repeating phase failure controller one shots current monitoring and counters
• General maintenance work – including basic plumbing duties, painting and general repairs • Interior and exterior building maintenance – including repairs, patching and sealing • Maintenance electrician – electrical wiring, installation of new plugs, hanging of lights • Application management – applying of vinyls in company showroom
