• Changed the business model from ‘Healthcare Mall’ model to QCommerce with physical retail store model. • Gave the new name to business “Medino’s” by replacing the old name of ‘Taskar’ + new logo & new tag • Was into Hiring, making strategies, making SOPs of day to day function, making culture in office & sales. • Joined as Co-Founder but deferred the position, initially serving as Chief of Staff to prove my capabilities. • Oversaw 300+ employees across 3 offices, 1 warehouse, & 25+ pharmacy shops across north India. • Left the startup due to differences with my co-founder on organizational culture and direction.
