“I believe that success cannot be rushed. A building is temporary, but a legacy lasts forever.” With a background in civil engineering, I have always been drawn to the practical side of the industry, understanding execution, workflows, coordination, and what it truly takes to bring ideas into reality at scale. That curiosity led me to Melbourne for my Master’s, where I was exposed to a highly structured and system-oriented environment. While the operational efficiency and modular thinking were impressive, the experience also reinforced my belief that spaces can begin to feel repetitive when personalization takes a back seat. After returning to India, I found myself in many conversations with my long-time friend and co-founder, Vineet Sharma, about the shift we were both observing within the interiors industry and the growing preference for standardized spaces. We shared a conviction that there was room in the market for a more personalized approach, one where customization, detailing, and individuality remained at the heart of both design and execution. That shared perspective eventually led to the foundation of FABDIZ in 2015. Built entirely through self-funded growth, the company expanded steadily over the years, with every stage bringing new learnings, stronger teams, better infrastructure, and deeper execution capabilities, while continuing to preserve the boutique approach we started with. Today, FABDIZ has grown into: • Residential interior studios across Bangalore and Kolkata • Educational space projects across India • A team of 100+ professionals • Our own manufacturing unit • Expanding collaborations and larger growth opportunities In 2023, we expanded further into the home décor and lifestyle segment with the launch of Fabcuro. Even today, I believe sustainable growth comes from staying involved, building patiently, and continuously strengthening the foundation of the business. As FABDIZ continues to evolve, the focus remains on larger expansion, stronger global partnerships, and steadily moving towards the ₹100 crore milestone.
