Handles the task of screening, selecting and submitting candidates to job order within the defined discipline. Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent and C2H (Contract to hire). Responsible for recruiting and maintaining a good relationship with existing candidates of the organization. Excellent knowledge of internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster, DICE and carrier builder.) Excellent knowledge about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099 and US Visa. Assigned the tasks of negotiating offers with candidates to meet the target gross margins of the organization.
