I was responsible for complete overhaul of IT assets and organizational capabilities to enable a private pharmaceutical company to achieve its aggressive growth aspiration through acquisitions and new product selection and launch. The scope of the integrated digital transformation covered all key business functions including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Development, R&D, Sales and Customer Service; Finance and HRMS. The resulting enterprise-wide platform digitizes new product and market decisions, rapid product launch, commercialization, acquisition integration, business process and controls automation; while adopting leading infrastructure practices of hybrid on-premise/cloud applications, outsourced data center, scalable storage and virtualization and cloud-based disaster recovery. In this role I was reporting to the President of the company. During my tenure in first three years after establishing IT capabilities, was responsible of IT integration for two major acquisitions and during the last two years was responsible for divesture of pharmaceutical business.
