Leading the HR Function at Rage Coffee | Integral Core Management Team Member | Dedicated to Elevating Organizational Success I bring over 13 years of experience across FMCG, E-commerce, hospitality, and real estate, working across both corporate and operational environments. Currently, I am VP-Human Resources at Rage Coffee and part of the core management team, working closely with founders and CXOs on people, structure, and organizational priorities. My work here spans the full people agenda, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation design, performance management, HRIS digitization, organization restructuring, and change management across both corporate and plant setups. I have also been involved in investor and board discussions on people strategy and organizational direction, and have led HR due diligence during mergers and acquisitions. More broadly, my focus has been on building and strengthening HR functions in evolving organizations, ensuring that structures and processes remain aligned with business needs while staying practical and adaptable. Prior to this, I led HR for Giovanni Food Company, managing multi location operations and focusing on workforce stability, employee relations, and capability building in a dynamic hospitality setup. Earlier in my career, I worked with Alpha Real Estate, supporting business growth through core HR operations and process implementation. In addition, I occasionally work with select organizations as a fractional HR Head and advisor, partnering with leadership on hiring, structure, and people strategy. I approach HR as a function that works closely with the business, with a focus on building clarity, consistency, and long term organizational strength.
