Study inputs provided by customer & preparing conceptual 3D model of exhaust system fixtures on Solid Works and CATIA Software. ▪ Conceptual design as per customer guideline and considering functionality, manufacturing feasibility and strength. ▪ Modification and improvement in existing design as per customer requirement. • Estimate project time & take approval from customer. • Presenting concept to customer and taking approval for final concept of fixture. • Selecting proper material, deciding heat treatment and surface finish values for different parts of fixture by considering functionality. • Preparing manufacturing drawing as per customer standards. • Apply GD&T in Drawing. • Preparation BOM (Bill of Material).
Leading the team to achieve the timeline with define quality standards. Prepare project execution planning and completion of all project responsibility. Estimate project time & take approval from customer. Conceptual design of fixtures as per customer guide line and considering functionality, manufacturing feasibility and strength. Design of fixtures consists of structural components such as weldments, machining, sheet metal, casting and plastic components. Preparing manufacturing drawing as per customer standards or ASME Y14.5-2009 Standards. Apply GD&T in Drawing. Looking into tool changes and preparing revision drawing. Create inspection drawing for checking the locations and resting positions. Optimization and Modifications in existing design as per customer requirement. Taking final QC of 3D model and drawing & deliver project on time.
Assembling & Overhauling of 3&4 cylinder regular metric engine and FT4 metric engine.Ensure to deliver Zero defect engine. Working on SAP-PP Module and MES-T-codes. (End User).
