About

I work with consumer and platform businesses to create new sources of growth — launching new ventures, entering new markets and turning strategy into commercial results. My background blends operator experience at eBay and Jaguar Land Rover with the strategic rigour of McKinsey & Company. That combination means I can build the plan and make it work: launching new ventures, leading market entry, running complex cross-functional programmes and improving how commercial teams operate. Years in eBay’s C2C team — including leading UK C2C — gave me deep experience in marketplaces, resale and circular commerce. At JLR’s venture studio I helped build new mobility and consumer business models, launching ventures and bringing new products to market. I work both in permanent leadership roles and through independent advisory and interim mandates — typically with organisations navigating growth inflection points, international expansion or major transformation. I also support private equity-backed businesses on value creation, helping leadership teams get more out of their technology, platforms and commercial operations. Much of my work happens in matrix environments, bringing together product, commercial, technology and operations teams to deliver change. I’m a builder who leads as a coach, helping teams develop the capabilities needed to sustain growth. Where I focus: Consumer, mobility & e-commerce · Digital platforms & marketplaces · Circular & resale commerce · Growth & commercial transformation I’m particularly interested in how AI, automation and new discovery models are reshaping growth, competition and user behaviour in marketplaces and consumer platforms.
