I am the head of the order handling for flat rolling mills in the electrics and automation division of the SMS group in Hilchenbach / Germany. I am responsible for the success of international large scale projects, e.g. the Big River Steel Mini-Mill Complex in Arkansas / USA or Colakoglu Hot Strip Mill in Istanbul / Turkey. I coach, develop and lead the project managers for these large investment projects. Furthermore, I am responsible for the product management of hot flat rolling mills and the optimization of processes. I am very strong in building successful teams and I have a long experience in leadership of international multicultural teams. Among my strengths is the handling of stake holders and steering committee members while being a team player. I have excellent knowledge of project management methodologies combined with a deep and wide range of technical knowledge. My efficient and pragmatic actions are based on analytical thinking and experience.
